Hi Nicole, I have RRMS (Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed about ten years ago and have been taking injections of Copaxone ever since. It makes travel difficult and it makes me wonder, how do you manage your own Multiple Sclerosis medications while filming Alone or on one of your safaris? Even with my medications, I still feel fatigued a lot of the time.
Hello and thank you for reaching out. I empathize with how frustrating it is to be tied to medications and still not feel healthy and strong. You may be surprised to learn that I am not on any Western medicines for my Multiple Sclerosis. None. I manage the disease entirely with diet, lifestyle, herbs, and supplements.
It was a four year battle for me – four years of research, trial and error, and really listening to my body, but I was finally able to get the better of my MS and now I’m able to live a healthy, active lifestyle that I truly enjoy.
I recently published a list of what works for me, including information on everything from how I live, to how I eat, and the herbs and supplements I rely on for health in the face of Multiple Sclerosis. Don’t feel like you need to jump in to try every single thing I have listed here. I am by no means suggesting you should stop taking your medications. It took me many years to develop this approach for my own personal optimum health, and I hope this information will help you find what works for you too!
I have also created my Warrior Bundle, with all of the herbal tinctures I use on a daily basis in one convenient pack. Many have found this extremely useful!
